Experienced frontliners and cafe QC practitioners, friendly faces— Ian Naria and Ahmed Elsayed — lead SCA Barista Foundations and Archers Coffee Skill Lab Barista, Brewing, and Latte Art sprint learning sessions.
Skill Lab is a curriculum of crash courses to quickly pick up easily applicable practical skills to make better coffee and make coffee-making more enjoyable at home. For Home Roasting, your mentor will be none other than Archers Head Roaster Kemal Risyad.
SCA Barista Intermediate and Professional and all levels of SCA Brewing, SCA Sensory, SCA CVA, SCA Q Grading are all led by Archers Head of Education Dave Peralta, while SCA Roasting is also led by Kemal Risyad.
CQI courses are likewise led by Dave Peralta.
