Dave Peralta leads all SCA courses, except for Roasting which is led by Kemal Risyad.
Currently, most CQI courses are led by Dave, with visiting subject matter experts for Q Grading and Q Processing.
Dave is our co-founder and Head of Archers Academy.
Kemal is our co-founder and Head of Roasting.
Both of them are Licensed Q Graders and Q Processing Professionals — on top of being long-time specialty coffee lovers and their adjacent dossier of accolades.
