Experienced and friendly faces— Ian Naria and Ahmed Elsayed — are your trusty mentors for the Archers Coffee Skill Lab Barista, Brewing, and Latte Art sprint learning sessions, aka crash courses to quickly pick up easily applicable practical skills to make better coffee and make coffee-making more enjoyable at home. For Home Roasting, your mentor will be none other than Archers Head Roaster Kemal Risyad.
Meanwhile, Archers Head of Education Dave Peralta leads all SCA courses, except for Roasting which is also led by Kemal.
Most CQI courses are likewise led by Dave, with visiting subject matter experts for Q Grading and Q Processing.
