Michael de Renouard is a Loring Certified Roastmaster, one of only three in the world. He is a coach to champion roasters and a taste consultant for leading coffee brands. He began as a professional roaster in 2006 and has been roasting with a Loring since 2011.
His roasting workshops had been exclusively held in Europe until the first time he came to the UAE to conduct his signature Masterclass in collaboration with Loring and The Coffee Roasting Company at Archers Academy in March 2023, set for a re-run in January 2024.
