How to Make Ceremonial Hot Matcha Latte

•Scoop 1 teaspoon (4g) of matcha powder into your cup (6oz).

• Sift to remove any clumps. Pour just enough with the preferred ratio (1:10) at 55 °C - 60°C temperature.

• Pour 60°C hot water to fully dilute the matcha. Whisk until the matcha dissolves into a paste-like mixture.

• Add 180ml of your preferred steamed/warm milk or non-dairy alternative.

•Get the lid then ready to serve.

How to Make Ceremonial Cold Matcha Latte

•Scoop  1 teaspoon (5g) of matcha powder into your cup.

• Create a Matcha Concentration Mixture recommendation, dilute the matcha with 50ml of cold milk or milk alternatives.

• Whisk thoroughly until it mixes well.

• Add 7ml vanilla syrup and 25ml of sugar syrup directly into the plastic cup(12oz). 

•Pour over the 130ml cold milk or the milk alternative with the desired amount of ice cubes.

•Last pour the matcha on top of the premix milk to achieve the layer contrast. 

•Get the lid close then ready to serve.
