Grown with extraordinary care by Willem Boot, Helen Russell, and David Pohl, these Geisha lots were harvested across different plots of Finca Sophia in April 2025. Their vibrant character reflects the singular terroir of Nueva Suiza, Volcán, Panama, where the cloud forests of Parque Internacional La Amistad gently cradle the estate.

Grown with extraordinary care by Willem Boot, Helen Russell, and David Pohl, these Geisha lots were harvested across different plots of Finca Sophia in April 2025. Their vibrant character reflects the singular terroir of Nueva Suiza, Volcán, Panama, where the cloud forests of Parque Internacional La Amistad gently cradle the estate.
Meet four remarkable interpretations of Panama Geisha. The washed lots: Torcaza Washed FSA-05, bright with sparkling mint and guava, and Estación Washed FSA-09, where lush tropical fruit softens into warm brown sugar. Alongside them, the natural lots: Torcaza Natural FSA-06, an elegant showcase of tropical sweetness, and Estación Natural FSA-10, rich with candied fruit and chocolate depth.
Each harvest carries the spirit of craft and curiosity, quietly embodying this year’s theme — The Edge of Possibility. It’s a pursuit that continues to place Finca Sophia among the most celebrated names at Best of Panama, earning 2nd in Geisha Washed and 3rd in Geisha Natural in 2025.
