Three Generations of Coffee Dreams
Adaura Coffee: Heritage in a Cup
What if your morning coffee carried three generations of dreams? The story of Marcus Jovanny Duran begins long before the first harvest — woven into the soil of Finca Lorayne Adaura Coffee, where his grandparents, Adalberto and Aura Rosas, cultivated both coffee and a deep respect for the land.
These hopes are infused into our latest drop of Finca Lorayne Silver Marina, Mosto Ferment Washed, and Absolu Adaura.
Silver Marina boasts flavors of honey-covered citrus and peaches, while Mosto Ferment is more formal: structured and robust. Then there’s the showstopping Absolu Adaura — 7th Place in the Geisha Washed category of the Best of Panama 2024.
Marcus’s latest coffees are made, not by choosing between old and new, but by listening closely to what the land has always offered. Together with Edwin Rosas, he guides each plant, each process, each cup toward its full expression. All grounded in legacy, open to discovery.
This year, Adaura’s Geisha lots were recognized on the world stage. They placed 1st in the Geisha Washed and 7th in the Geisha Natural at the 2024 Best of Panama. But the heart of Adaura isn’t defined by awards. It lives in the details: a note of pear carried on crisp acidity, the soft sweetness of grape and papaya, the unmistakable clarity of Boquete’s highlands.
It’s a coffee shaped by time, care, and connection — and it’s here at Archers.
