Elora River Flow Washed WRF8 - DRD expresses an elegant, structured, and cleanly sweet cup elevated by a silky mouthfeel and a gentle effervescence, with notes of jasmine, kumquat, papaya, apricot, sugarcane, and ginger ale.

By contrast, both processed in cherry, but under differing temperature conditions, Elora Cold Ferment Natural CF8 - DRD opens with florality, unfolds in layers of velvety summer fruits and sparks of citrus, until a juicy and clean last sip, while Elora River Flow Natural RF10 - DRD brings the syrupy sweetness and aromatics of ripe tropical fruits, crisp red grape accents, and a candy-like finish.

On the distinctly floral and pleasantly punchy yet refined side, Elora Mosto Ferment - DRD cleanly interlaces the crisp, the lush, and the intense in one coherent cup, with notes of pear, white grapes, mango, cantaloupe, cotton fruit, and white florals.
