The legacy of Daye Bensa Coffee is carried not by one person or event but by the way people stay close to the work & to each other.

Since our first collection in 2022, our yearly Daye Bensa coffee releases have shaped our storytelling in coffee, influencing us to move beyond quality and flavor character to intentionality, traceability, and the people behind each decision. Through this shared lens, we’ve brought you the shifting expressions of Shantawene, Bombe, Damo, and more Hamasho Village — each rooted in new and exciting expressions of Ethiopian terroir. 

This time is no different. 

We’re proud to bring you all four classic Hamasho Village lots: Natural, Washed, Honey, and Anaerobic. On their own, each of these lots carry distinct processes and flavors, yet it’s when they’re together that we truly experience the full Daye Bensa flavorscape. Side by side, we savor the unmistakable clarity and layered elegance of Sidama Bensa’s terroir — a signature fruit-toned, floral, and honeyed cup.
