Local shipping and delivery
Freshness is important to us, orders placed before the roasting day (1:00 PM) will be roasted the following day. Coffees are sorted and packed in the next 48hrs, to be dispatched to you within 3 days - guaranteeing you the freshest coffee possible!
Shipping across the United Arab Emirates usually takes 2-3 days upon arrangement the courier provides. (Shipping Fee: 21aed all over UAE for orders below 150aed)
We ship worldwide through our partner couriers, DHL and UPS.
Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping fees depend on location, and weight. Quotation will be sent via e-mail.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, KOOB AL GAHWA FACTORY LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by destination's customs clearance processes.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy
It matters to us that you are happy with the coffee you receive from us, as well as the other products you have chosen to purchase from our webshop.
If for certain reasons, you find you are not satisfied and wish to return and replace your purchase, please contact us within three days of receiving it.
Please take care to keep the original packaging intact and fully sealed with the original shipping documents. Especially for coffee and tea, it may not be possible for us to take back open bags of coffee and tea for hygiene and food safety reasons.
In case a Replacement is not workable, we will arrange to Refund the amount you paid for the purchased items to the original mode of payment, which could take anywhere from 7 - 10 workings days excepting holidays, depending on your bank. Costs for customized packaging, shipping/courier and any shipping-related costs (e.g. duties and taxes) are not refundable.
Please rest assured, we are glad to assist you with Returns, Replacements, and Refunds, which are subject to our management’s approval.
For concerns regarding orders outside of the UAE, please notify us within three to four days of receiving your shipment, either by e-mail or by WhatsApp message.
We will look into the matter and be in touch with you for the appropriate resolution.

- All original shipping charges from the point of purchase are non-refundable and

Walk-In Retail Purchases
Our Return policy for walk-in purchases is a Two-day Replacement or Refund, upon approval.
If for certain reasons, you find you are not satisfied and wish to return an item you bought at our retail shop floor — please don’t hesitate to bring back the item/s within two days of purchase or email us within two days as well.
