Elto Coffee: Ethiopian Connection and Process

Each nano-lot produced by Elto Coffee begins with the belief that meaning lives in details and community. That intention has shaped Elto Coffee from its earliest days with founders and husband-and-wife team Eliyas Dukamo and Atkilt Dejene in Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia.

At the estate, building coffee requires thoughtful and gentle purpose. This is the strength of Eliyas and Atiklit, both professional cuppers trained by the Ethiopian Tea and Coffee Authority, which helps them move with ease between refined craft and close collaboration with neighboring smallholder farmers.
